Hence my whole teaching consists of two words, “meditation” and “love.” Meditate so that you can feel immense silence, and love so that your life can become a song, a dance, a celebration. You will have to move between the two, and if you can move easily, you have learned the greatest thing in life.

Who the meditation days are meant for
– for you! Everyone is welcome at all Osho Meditation Bristol meditation day. Each meditation day is complete in itself. You are welcome to drop in, or to attend regularly. All are suitable for newcomers or for experienced meditators.
All meditations have a stage with gentle or active movement and expression, followed by a period of silence. We normally start the day with more active meditations, and then gradually do more and more silent meditations.
The meditations are self-contained and there is no need to have any interest in Osho’s teachings. The meditations are complete in themselves, or can be added to an existing meditation practice.

Start and end times
The Osho Meditation Days at St Michael’s Hall start at 10:00 and end at 5:00 pm . Please be early. We will start promptly.
Lunch
Please bring vegetarian food to share – can be simple, does not have to be elaborate.

Clothing and what to bring
Some Active Meditations involve dance or other energetic movement and require normal health and mobility. Please ring with any questions.
You need loose, comfortable clothing for movement.
It is recommended to bring a cushion to sit on. Optionally, bring a shawl or blanket, a blindfold and a water bottle.
Cost and payment – the meditation club
We are continuing with the Meditation Club. You can either pay £8-00 per event or £40 for a whole year. If you pay £40 you can come as often as you like, just like an annual gym membership.
