The venue have cushions and sitting blocks of every kind, and chairs, and there is plenty of wall to lean against if you need to.

They are drop-in classes, ie you can come whenever you like, and will mostly  be different each week.  Those who find meditation not too easy are especially welcome! These methods are designed to help with exactly that. And of course  equally welcome are meditators with long experience who want to try out Osho’s methods.

PLEASE NOTE for complete newcomers to meditation. We hope you’ll find the methods enjoyable and get a lot from them. But these are not introductory classes and will not explain from scratch the very basics. We will also be  running one day beginners classes which explain the ABC’s of meditation.  Add your name to the mailing list to be kept in touch.

Different people find different approaches useful, so we’ll explore a wide range of Osho’s methods.  Most evenings will start with 10 minutes of warm-up dance, then there will be a short meditation exercise to help everyone arrive, and then one of Osho’s one-hour meditation structures.  Some but not all of the structures include dance and other movement, please ask if necessary. There will be a little sharing, but entirely optional. The focus is movement, silence, and the joy of being you.

We will not being doing Osho’s Dynamic Meditation because of noise reasons. If enough people request it we will look for a suitable venue.
